The M4b is the 3rd generation of our very popular M4 amp. The M4 amps have garnished a reputation worldwide for producing amazingly high, yet extremely stable, output levels from a relatively small chassis. Since the original M4 was introduced we have vastly improved upon the power supply’s current capability and efficiency plus added an extra 1,000 watts of output capability. Just like the original M4 this 3rd generation is designed to be the best amp for hard street use on the market. The M4b is able to generate and maintain clean power levels in excess of 5000 watts from a real-world charging system.
This amp also features dual OAWG power and ground inputs since it takes power to make power. The through bolted RCAs also add durability to this design.
For installation ease, and upgradeability the M4b features Strap mode. When using Strap Mode you’re able to have two M4b in an install and control the Strapped amplifier level settings from the Main amp. You’ll also be able to use a single remote gain to control both amps.
The M4b also comes with the VM-RMT remote control. The VM-RMT is a mini amplifier diagnostic center that’s able to mount within arms reach for real-time performance monitoring and adjustments. From this remote, you have fine gain control, amplifier input voltage monitoring, and output clipping monitoring.
