Why Prewire
- A custom pre wire is not a cost on the home, rather it is an asset.
Imagine this scenario, when you eventually go to sell your home that has
all the wiring for phone, data, audio, internet working etc and new technologies
such as Internet Fridges or Microwaves are about to hit the market how
much easier will it be to sell a home that has the capabilities to use
this technology over one that does not.
