Does Life Style Store Price Match?

We try and maintain competitive pricing online but in the event that you have found a cheaper price please contact us and we will match or better that price. The product must be readily available from an authorised reseller within Australia. Naturally, we reserve the right to not sell a product below cost.

Are the products sold by Life Style Store Australian Compliant?

We are an authorised dealer for all of the products we offer for sale and these products carry full Australian manufacturer’s warranty, compliance and support.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery carriers will leave a card if no one is home to sign for or accept the delivery. This card normally includes details for arranging a redelivery or details for an alternative delivery point location. If your goods have been taken to an alternative delivery point, you will receive an SMS letting you know the address from where you can collect them.

Is My Order Insured?

All products that are shipped from Life Style Store are insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives damaged please contact us upon receipt of your items.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

Sometimes your order may be shipped from different locations and in this scenario you will receive different tracking numbers for each individual delivery. Sometimes courier companies may also partially deliver an order and the remainder may arrive later, this is normally communicated in the online tracking and delivery consignment paperwork.

What does it mean if it says a product is on Back Order?

Some items are out of stock for various reasons and where future supply will be limited we offer a back order option. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order and if you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund at any time you are welcome to do so.

Delivery

Life Style Store delivers to your home or office Australia wide via a selection of trusted freight carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location. For metropolitan areas delivery time is between 1-3 business days. Regional locations, peak or exceptional periods require a longer delivery time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on the same day the order is placed. Any orders placed after 5pm and weekends will be processed on the following business day. Some items ship directly from our supplier’s warehouse within the same time frame. Sometimes these orders must be sent to us before they can be shipped to you which will delay processing time by up to 72 hours.

Delivery Costs

Your delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, no delivery fee will be added to your order total.

How To Track Your Order

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number information and carrier details so you can follow its progress. 

Premium Installation Services

Life Style Store offers premium installation service for all applicable products. Please contact us on 02 8855 6500 or email sales@lifestylestore.com.au for an installation quote. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders  are processed within 1 hour of Life Style Store receiving your order. Order must be received during business days 7 days a week. If order is placed after business hours, your order will be processed the following morning. 

When the item(s) is/are in stock at our North Parramatta warehouse, you will receive an email advising that your order is ready for collection. 

If we need to have the item transferred to us from another location or if there is a stock issue, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order. 

We have a contactless customer collection area at the rear of our showroom. You just need to drive to the collection point where out staff will be ready with your purchase and to assist with loading it in your vehicle. 

Stock Availability

We try to maintain the stock status of the products we sell (online & in-store) to be as accurate and current as possible. 

If the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you in 24 hours to advise you of the situation and provide options where possible for an alternative product, a complimentary upgrade or a timeline for delivery. 

However, if the se options are not suitable for you we will immediately process a full refund through the original payment method. 

Returns & Refunds

Please choose products carefully as Life Style Store do not provide refunds for change of mind. We recommend you carefully review your order before proceeding to checkout. However, if you are really unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can assess how we can remedy the situation.

If a product your buy fails to meet the consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you are entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
