How do I request a Price Match?

When you are on the applicable product page you will see a link below the ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Product Enquiry’ button saying: “Found a better price elsewhere? Let us match it for you!“.
When you click on this link a pop-up form will appear. Fill this out with the required information and click ‘Submit’.
You will need to provide the competitor’s URL address that confirms the competitor’s price. Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale we will happily match the price for you. We will send you a one-time code that you can use to purchase the product from us at the lower price. To use the code you must be logged into the website via the email address that you send us the claim from.

What are the exclusions?

• Offers which show an after cashback promotion price, bonus bundles, bulk purchase offers and certain packages may not be eligible for a price match.
• Where the product is not a like for like comparison eg we may include delivery or installation.
• Products that are advertised as clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or ex-display.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as ‘grey market’ items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
• Products that have been discounted due to pricing errors.
• Naturally, we reserve the right not to price match below our cost price.
